Anyhoo, I’ve been continuing the fun and larksome collaboration with British director Lee Morgan since the success of The Piano. The latest offspring is a short comedy concocted by the same writer Tom Critch, about a nightmarish trip to the cinema (remember those?). The music is sparse and sporadic; when the writing and performances are this great I always think it’s best to stay out of the way!
